SalesForce.com gets 5 Stars from Small Business Owner

I give Salesforce.com 5 starts for their excellent CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing)  Cloud Application which makes it easy to do lead generation and lead conversion.   With a capture page linked to Salesforce.com,  you can collect qualified leads off the internet, and that is called Lead Generation.   Then you use the database to systematically close the prospect or lead on your product or service and that is called Lead Conversion.   As Michael Gerber of the E-Myth basically says you can solve any frustration in a business with a system,  and the most important system is your Marketing and Sales System.

How to Get More Sales Leads for Your Small Business in 2013

There are two parts of sales for the Small Business Owner and they are lead generation and lead conversion.  The best method for Lead Generation is to use the Internet and use lead capture pages.  Once the lead fills out the form, you then have a lead that you will use a lead conversion process on them, and the best one that works is the phone.   So the internet is really your brochure and the phone is your closing mechanism. One of the best ways to get people to your Small Business site is to use a blog site such as this one that was created with blogger.com .   Best of luck and may you set new sales records using this process in 2013.
